To extend our reach, we’ve partnered with European representative Lotte Karlsen, based in Manchester, UK. With a background in glassblowing and product design, Lotte offers personalized consultations, site visits, and creative guidance to our clients across Europe.

Renuka’s journey began during her time with Sweden’s oldest lifestyle brand, Indiska, where she discovered the harmony between Indian artistry and Scandinavian minimalism. This fusion of styles ignited her passion, leading her to launch Saima Merchandising Ltd. in 1995 from the comfort of her home, while expecting her first child. Today, this blend of Indian and Scandinavian design is reflected not only in her personal life but also in every project Saima undertakes.

Renuka oversees sourcing, factory audits, sampling, and product conceptualization, ensuring clients receive innovative and accessible solutions. Her husband, Amit, with a background in engineering, manages logistics, quality control, and technical product development, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Their daughter, Ruhani, adds a fresh perspective, handling branding, graphic design, and website management. Together, the family works seamlessly to make Saima a name synonymous with trust, innovation, and cultural exchange.
